1. How to place an order ?
You can either register as our member and place an order online or send us your inquiry directly.
 
2. Is sample available and what is the MOQ ?
Yes, sample order is welcomed and even encouraged by Topyet to understand each other better before we further our cooperation. No MOQ is required, but the more you order, the better price we offer.
 
3. Is the listed price real and fixed ?
The listed price for each part is our latest reference price only. We will try to quote you our best and latest wholesale price based on your final order.

4. Is the picture represent the real parts exactly ?
All pictures were taken by real parts to present clear information and details of the parts.
 
5. What if I can’t find the right parts I need on the E-Catalog ?
We created a blank frame “Add what you want” just right above “Place Order” in our E-catalog system where you can put the specs of the parts for our quoting.
 
6. What payment options I got ?
Payment need to be done 40% in advance either by T/T(Wire Transfer), Western Union, MoneyGram or Escrow/Paypal(Sample only).
 
7. How long will it take to ship out an order after payment is confirmed ?

Normally, it only takes 2-3 days after the payment is confirmed.
 
8. Once an order is delivered,any tracking number available ?
All parcel we sent will come with an independent tracking number from the courier service companies such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, Post Airmail, etc.
 
9. Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we accept orders worldwide and ship to over 170 countries at present. For separate countries or regions, suitable shipping option will be recommended.
 
10. Are your parts marked ?
Yes. Each part is labeled with visible and invisible identification marks unique to our company
 
11. How can I return the defect parts ?
If returning a defective part under warranty, you must contact our after-sales team firstly to get a RMA Number. We will not accept any parts without an RMA Number issued.
